Tour Homes When you find a home you like, we coordinate the showing and help you evaluate the property. We look beyond the finishes and help you consider condition, location, value, repairs, layout, and resale potential. Virtual tours are also available for relocation clients.
Writing an Offer Once you find the right home, we review comparable sales, market conditions, property disclosures, and possible competition. We then help you create a competitive offer based on price, terms, timelines, and your goals.
