Stress, anxiety, and uncertainty. All emotions one would think you’d be feeling as first time home buyers, but my girl friend and I felt the complete opposite. Sam was an excellent realtor that made the buying process, dare I say it, fun! Full of information and resources we felt completely confident in his ability to find us what we needed. He made it a priority to help us understand everything to a T, and felt comfortable with our terms. Throughout the entire process he maintained excellent communication, and overall went above and beyond for us. Furthermore, Sam is second to none when it comes to negotiating, he got us a 5k sellers credit! WOOHOO! I truly don’t believe we could’ve gotten such a great deal paired with a pleasant experience with any other agent. If possible, we’d give home 10 out of 5 stars.
