No one could get a hold of the guy and we could not sell the house until this was resolved. Sam went out of his way and found the guy. Sam met up with him and took care of this issue. He saved me a lot of time and money. Sam is a great guy and easy to talk to. He is very experienced and knowledgeable in what he does. I recommend Sam to anyone who wants to buy or sell a house.

Highly recommend Sam Golovey. Having been born and raised in the Silicon Valley area, our dream to buy a home seemed almost impossible for my husband an I due to the market being so expensive out there. We decided to look in the Sacramento area. We came out here and had a pre approval letter from quicken loans. They had also referred us to a realtor agent who flaked on us the day we got to Sacramento to look at properties. We were pretty upset since we had driven 2 hours for nothing (so we thought). We decided to go to some open houses and so glad we did! That's where we met Sam. He was showing a property and offered to show us some properties that same day, after he was done. He even referred us to an awesome lender, who got us approved for more! Between him and the lender he referred us to the process went pretty smooth. Sam is very knowledgeable and really knows what he's doing. He was always prompt when we would call or text and was always real friendly and informative. Thank you Sam!
