Shortly after, I worked with him again to sell a home in Roseville. Even though the market was a bit slow, Sam and his wife Elena had no trouble getting people in the door for open houses. The home was staged nicely and they made a great video tour for YouTube.

And although the first offer ended up falling through just days before closing escrow, due to an issue with the buyer's lender, Sam stayed calm, relisted the home quickly, and we were in contract again within a few weeks. After going through both buying and selling with Sam, I can say he's someone I trust and would definitely work with again. He's professional, easy to talk to, and always on top of things.
