But they had a family emergency and could not take us on, so they referred us to Sam based on his stellar reputation. Sam is kind, knowledgeable, professional, personable, and down to earth. He takes the time to get to know you so he can help you get the house that best fits your needs. Also, he genuinely cares. My girlfriend’s house purchase was not simple or straightforward. With moving cities, changing jobs, the covid shutdown, and changing preferences through the process, it took almost a year to close. Sam was never discouraged, very positive, genuinely so. He reads the room he’s in and knows how to address the subtext of what is really going on, watching to make sure everything is accurate and no one gets the chance to take you for a ride. He’s well-connected and has quality people he can refer you too in housing-related businesses. Sam, thank you for being there and being you for my family. My girlfriend would not have been able to get through the buying process so smoothly otherwise.
