Thanks to Sam, I was able to get my home in West Sacramento and had it closed in 30 days. He was responsive and even helped me from the beginning without being pre approved with a loan. Most realtors wouldn't have done the same. He is a humble gentleman. Super easy to work with and thumbs up for being resourceful in the Sacramento Region. Would have given him 6/5 stars if i can.

Super pleased with having had worked with Sam and his team on the sale of my house and the purchase of my current home. I was really uncertain about selling my house (since I’ve never gone through the process before) but Sam answered all of my questions and was super responsive. Ended up selling my house in a few short days with multiple offers over asking and was able to simultaneously make an offer on a house in my dream neighborhood. It’s been a few months and Sam still reaches out to make sure everything is going well.

Sam is a an absolute gem in this industry! We just bought our first home in Rocklin and actually found him through his YouTube channel! He is very knowledgeable and insightful about the current trends and market, and his videos really helped give me the push I needed to buy. I contacted him and right away he was very friendly and ready to answer all the questions we had. He was always supportive and timely in checking in and is a great person to have as your realtor. Even though he jumped in as our realtor a little bit later than usual we still felt all the support and guidance and he was always ready and willing to help. His kindness and friendliness and knowledge definitely goes a long way. We are very thankful to Sam for everything he’s done for us and supporting us along the way, we love our new home

Sam has been nothing but great when it came to being our choice of realtor. Although my wife and I were in a difficult situation with the current market, Sam was there with us through thick and thin. He was patient, optimistic, understanding and kind. We never felt pressured like some sort of a sales pitch, matter of fact - it was more so as if he was putting himself in our shoes. We had looked at multiple houses however when we closed on the one, Sam did the final walk through and offered to personally cover some of the expenses that have incurred during the closing period. On top of that, there was a celebratory dinner that Sam took us out on so make sure to order everything on the menu when your time comes. Honesty and integrity goes a long way. 10/10 would choose Golovey Real Estate again.

There are not enough stars to post on this review, Sam and his team have gone above and beyond their abilities to help my family find our dream home. Sam is highly professional and listens to all your needs in searching and applies his knowledge in selling your home, he always puts his clients on top and never fails! Over the last few years Sam has become part of the family, has had all of our trust which is hard to come across in business.
