We liked his professionalism, expertise, and down to earth personality the very 1st time we chatted with him. All this approved to be true as we were working through the process. Sam is a good listener. We really appreciate him willing to work around our goal and interests, being super transparent every step of the way, and never pushy. We are from the Bay Area so it was a huge plus to have a trusted local expert to look after all things related purchasing a home. One more big highlight we must mention is that he is so well connected. The house we were buying had electric issues and it was misdiagnosed. Sam then sent his contact and it was fixed! House hunting can be stressful and we actually had fun with Sam and his team seeing many houses in one day! We highly recommend Sam!
